In this tutorial Nic will review and help you to discover how you could be looking at the your infield compositions differently, see some simple ways to discover new photography angles, and have greater confidence to express yourself in new ways.

Picking up from the earlier composition series. We will talk about I will also cover art concepts like Perceptual Forces, The Interplay of Plane & Depth, The Law of Differentiation, and get into dynamism in our images among other concepts.

Discover in this tutorial the following things!

1. Deepen your knowledge with a deeper dive into some more obscure compositional elements and talk about how balance, shape, form, movement impact your composition and your images.

2. Review less frequently seen types of composition techniques use by some of the best professional photographers like The Plunge, The Echo, The Layer Cake, The Arrow, The Hub, among others.

3. Look at the 4 forces of composition.

4. Dive into the 4 pillars on infield compositions.

5. Learn to understand and overcome some of the challenges specific to trying new compositions and how to see them.

6. Receive specific information on the special considerations for scene specific captures and how I aligned technique, vision, and processing.

7. Review the 11 universal symbols most frequently encountered in nature photography, what they mean, and how to use them in your images.

The last portion will be a demonstration of the power of the local adjustments’ vs the global adjustments as part of working on participant submitted images and discover how can you align depth, texture, luminosity, sharpness, and focus on your processing and by using the tools in Lightroom or Adobe Camera Raw.
