May 22nd  & 29th-Majestic & Magical Coastal Seascapes

Join San Luis Obispo, CA based professional landscape and nature photographer Nic Stover for a two-day ZOOM session on “Capturing the Majestic & Magical” a deeper exploration of the fascinating opportunities in seascape photography. This 2-day workshop will increase your understanding of how to prepare for and execute more impactful seascape images.

The first workshop will also review some best practices for coastal landscapes, and a review of some of my most popular images where I will talk about the Technique and Vision that went into my images. This includes the technical capture details, histogram, and thoughts on why I chose the composition or what I was seeing the light. The second workshop on will be all about processing.

June 3rd-Night Scene Processing

Join Nic on June 3rd from 5pm to 6:30 Pacific (8pm to 9:30 EST) to go through how to process 4 different types of night scenes. Night scene processing is one of the most challenging aspects of photography processing. In this workshop you will learn how to use simple tools to bring forth different types of artistic effects for greater impact.

We will look at Milky Way, Star Trails Blending, Applying creative layers, layer blending, and so much more.

June 17th-Processing Dynamic Lighting in our Images

Join Nic on June 17th from 5pm to 6:30 Pacific (8pm to 9:30 EST) to go through how to process light more effectively in our images. Not knowing how to process the dynamic light in your images can be very frustrating.

This session will help you to recognize the light within the field and know how you can best process and showcase different types of light that you will encounter using all kinds of different techniques.

June 1st-Exposure & Image Blending Processing

Join me to go through how to process and blend multiple exposures more effectively in our images, focus stack in the field, align and blend together in Photoshop, and the principles and techniques used in focal length blending.

These topics will start you on the road towards blending images together in your own work, get you going on the path of different tools that can be used with them, and greatly help to improve your image quality.
